Rock Spring Station, located in the popular Forest Hill community of Harford County, Maryland, is scheduled to open in 2019.  The 54-unit affordable housing project will offer residents one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, and is in close proximity to many neighborhood amenities.  The community will also feature commercial/retail space. Construction is currently underway.
