The Osprey Property Companies are comprised of four wholly-owned entities: Osprey Property Company LLC, the primary vehicle for development and construction activities; Osprey Realty Advisors LP, its asset management and consulting arm; Osprey Investment Company, the primary vehicle for acquisition of operating properties; and Osprey Guarantee Company LLC, which provides financial guarantees to both projects and the other subsidiaries. The Osprey affiliate, Habitat America LLC, is a property management company specializing in multi-family residential, and manages properties for Osprey and an extensive list of third-party clients.
