Joe Clark
Vice President of Development

Joe joined Osprey in 2020 as Development Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2021. Joe is responsible for managing multiple affordable housing developments, including the preparation of Tax Credit applications, analyzing potential development opportunities, directing pre-development activities and managing construction projects. Prior to joining Osprey, Joe was a Project Developer at Foundation Development Group, where he was part of a team that developed 500 market rate and affordable residential units. Joe holds a Master in Real Estate Development and Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Gettysburg College.
