Eric Walsh
Development Manager

Eric joined Osprey in 2021 as Development Manager.  Eric is responsible for managing affordable housing developments, pre-development activities, and construction management. Prior to joining Osprey, Eric owned a real estate investment company focused on building and renovating single family homes in Charleston, South Carolina.  Prior to moving to Charleston, Eric worked as a Senior Engineer for Alion Science and Technology in Alexandria, Virginia.  Eric holds a Master in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech.
