Brett joined Osprey in 1997 and is responsible for leading the Osprey organization and setting its investment goals and priorities. Prior to joining Osprey, he was a Senior Development Manager for The Kossow Corporation of Washington, D.C., where he was responsible for the acquisition, development, and disposition of several major projects including the headquarters for the New York State Lottery. Before joining the Kossow Corporation, Mr. Guy was a Development Manager at Hadid Development Companies. His responsibilities included managing the $250,000,000 acquisition and planned renovation of the NY and DC Ritz-Carlton Hotels. In his capacity at Hadid, Mr. Guy was also responsible for analyzing all acquisitions and dispositions, as well as, strategic corporate planning. Mr. Guy began his career in commercial real estate with Centennial Development Corporation where he served as a financial analyst for numerous class A office buildings and office parks in Northern Virginia. Mr. Guy has also served as a consultant to several financial institutions and the Resolution Trust Corporation. Mr. Guy received a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a law degree from the George Mason University where he was a member of the George Mason Law Review.
